As part of your child’s device purchase, we provide 3 Years of CT Device Support Program. CT will support the device for repairs that are required through the Device Support Program. This gives the students access to the Advanced Exchange Service via Microsoft, provides warranty for the device and fixed maximum repair fees for non-warranty issues. Furthermore, all repairs are conducted by Loyola and CT Staff through the Loyola IT Office at the College. The repair fees for non-warranty repairs have a fixed maximum cost of $110 including GST. However, this excludes any intentional damage, which will incur the full repair cost. Fixed Price Repairs covers your child’s device for a maximum of three (3) claims, during the 3 Year Device Support Program.
